About Our Next Chief People Officer


audiochuck is looking to take our talent and human resources to the next level! audiochucks Chief People Officer will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture, and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's growth objectives. They will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development, ensuring a dynamic and engaged workforce. This role will work closely with audiochucks Chief Operations Officer & Chief of Staff.


What this role will bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in HR and talent management, with a track record of success in senior HR roles
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage a multiplicity of complex projects while prioritizing effectively

What Youll Do

  • Talent Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Lead and oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent to the organization. This includes establishing effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Employee Development: Create and manage programs for employee training, development, and career progression, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and workplace culture to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization, fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession plans to identify and prepare internal talent for leadership positions.
  • Talent Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Organizational Culture: Shape and reinforce the company's culture and values, ensuring they align with the strategic vision.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team and board of directors on HR and talent management metrics and initiatives.
