Job Title:Chief of Pediatric Radiology

Location: Area of West Palm Beach, Florida (Hybrid Opportunity)

Compensation: $440k-$510k plus bonuses

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief of Pediatric Radiology to lead our team in the West Palm Beach area. This is a hybrid opportunity, allowing for a mix of on-site and remote work. The Chief of Pediatric Radiology will play a pivotal role in shaping the department's future, ensuring the highest quality of care for our young patients, and maintaining a culture of excellence among our radiology team.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Leadership and Strategy:

•Provide visionary leadership to the Pediatric Radiology department, setting and executing a strategic vision.

•Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.

•Collaborate with other healthcare leaders to integrate radiology services into the broader patient care strategy.

2.Clinical Excellence:

•Oversee the quality and accuracy of radiological imaging and interpretations, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.

•Lead by example in providing outstanding Pediatric Radiology services.

•Stay updated on the latest advancements in Pediatric Radiology and incorporate them into practice.

3.Team Management:

•Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of radiologists, technologists, and support staff.

•Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.

4.Patient Care:

•Ensure that the Pediatric Radiology department delivers compassionate and patient-centered care.

•Address patient and family concerns and provide guidance on complex cases.

5.Quality Improvement:

•Implement quality assurance programs and performance metrics to continuously improve departmental performance.

•Monitor and assess outcomes and adjust protocols as needed.

6.Technology and Innovation:

•Stay current with advancements in radiological technology and equipment.

•Explore opportunities for technological enhancements within the department.

Qualifications:

•Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.

•Board certification in Radiology, with sub specialization in Pediatric Radiology preferred.

•Leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting.

•Active medical license in the state of Florida (or eligibility for licensure).

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

•Commitment to patient care, safety, and quality.
