The Chief Nursing Officer is a key member of the Fairmount Leadership Team who will integrate and coordinate a patient centric nursing strategy with a hands-on approach and keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements. The CNO participates in the hospital’s strategic planning and contributes to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives. The CNO will focus on 5 key areas: People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred).
- Current/Eligible PA RN license.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of nursing professionals.
- Proven track record of driving quality improvement initiatives and achieving positive patient outcomes.
