Chief Marketing Officer (Cmo)

Job Summary

First Class Cannabis is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team. As the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our overall marketing strategy to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness. You will build and lead a small team of marketing personal and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.

Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to meet business goals
- Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement tools and materials
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive ROI
- Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging, and creative assets
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Experience
- Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or similar leadership role
- Strong background in budgeting, marketing strategy development, and market analysis
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content for various channels
- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, including digital advertising, social media advertising, and traditional media
- Proficient in HTML5, SEO techniques, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools
- Experience in developing and implementing successful social media marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
