Job Details:
We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to join our firm. The CIO will be responsible for the development and implementation of our investment strategy, managing our portfolio to maximize returns while minimizing risk. This role will play a pivotal part in our organization's strategic planning, investment decisions, and growth initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in private equity and venture capital investments.
Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage investment strategies across all asset classes.
• Oversee the company's investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and risk tolerance.
• Collaborate with the executive team to set company-wide investment goals and objectives.
• Manage relationships with fund houses, fund administrators, and external stakeholders.
• Lead private equity and venture capital investment activities, including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and portfolio management.
• Oversee LP fundraising activities, creating compelling investment opportunities for potential investors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including Private Equity Fund Compliance.
• Monitor and analyze financial market trends, identifying investment opportunities and potential risks.
• Provide regular reports to the Board of Directors on the performance of the investment portfolio and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior investment role.
• Proven experience with fund houses, fund administrators, and Big 4.
• Strong track record in private equity and venture capital investments.
• Experience with LP fundraising and Private Equity Fund Compliance.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong ethics, with a commitment to company values and principles.
