Roles and Responsibilities (depending on work area)
Customer Service:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, either at the counter or through the drive-thru.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering menu suggestions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and inviting dining area, including clearing tables and promptly attending to spills or messes.
Food Preparation and Quality:
- Prepare menu items following Chick-fil-A's high-quality standards, ensuring consistency and taste.
- Follow strict food safety protocols to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Assist with food assembly and packaging to ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly to customers.
Teamwork and Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with fellow Team Members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy periods.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere by supporting each other and working together to achieve common goals.
