Responsibilities:

• Accurately counts nuggets and strips
• Follows the screens and job aids to make sandwiches correctly and accurately
• Cups soup and mac & cheese as needed
• Follows correct timing for cooking items
• Fills waffle fry containers to correct weight
• Uses correct packaging for all items
• Follows hourly numbers to ensure producing the correct amount of product at a time
• Temps items to ensure food safety
• Breads raw chicken according to Chick-fil-A procedures and standards
• Washes dishes as needed
• Checking for product quality and consistency
• Assist in executing opening or closing procedures
• Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
• Maintains a clean and pleasant environment

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds.
