At Chick-fil-A, our Catering Team is responsible for all aspects of taking and fulfilling catering orders, and ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience. The Catering Team is responsible for carrying out to completion all catering orders as assigned, and following established catering procedures with excellence.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work in food prep, or in other kitchen staff roles
• Work in a fast paced, high energy environment
• Produce high quality food with precision and accuracy
• Implement proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
• Clean food prep stations and equipment

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to work Monday through Saturday 8am to 4pm (Must be able to work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at least 10am to 4pm)
• Flexible availability to assist with incoming and outgoing large catering orders
• Track record of performing job duties with excellence
• Excellent customer service skills (Previous customer service experience preferred)
• Meets all training requirements
• Adheres to all policies and procedures
• Hard-working, and self motivated
• Team-oriented, and works well with others
• Kind, honest, and teachable.

Pay Range:

• High Schooler (teenagers under 18yrs old): Up to $17/hr
• Part Time Adult (18 yrs+): Up to $18/hr
• Full Time Adult (18 yrs+): Up to $19/hr
