Position Type:
- Part-Time
- Shifts between 8:00am-11:00pm (Saturday's mandatory)
Requirements:18+
- Available to work 20+ hours a week Monday-Saturday and mandatory Saturday's (We are closed on Sunday).
- No restaurant experience is necessary
- Must be comfortable working outside, if needed
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
Responsibilities:
- Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
- Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, and always say my pleasure
- Willingness to assist the team when needed.
- Taking orders with speed and accuracy
- Checking for product quality and consistency
- Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
Compensation: $14/hr
