Chess Instructor

```Duties:```

We are looking for a charismatic and fun chess coach for elementary school students. Must inspire a love for the game by making it engaging and enjoyable. They should teach the fundamental rules and strategies in a lively and interactive manner, fostering a sense of curiosity and enthusiasm. Additionally, the coach should create a supportive and inclusive environment, encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship among their young students.
- Conduct engaging and interactive classroom sessions to educate students on various subjects.

- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students who require additional assistance.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs and initiatives.
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in education to enhance teaching methods.

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in an adult education setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain discipline and ensure a productive learning environment.
- Experience working with diverse student populations, including students with special needs or language barriers.
- Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques to engage students and facilitate learning.

- Must have a car to be able to get to the school sites!
