Chemical Plant Site Director

Role:

As a Site Director, this individual will be leading a team of direct and indirect reports, full oversight of the entire plant location, as well as leading an executive strategic partner to the parent company. This person will have a strong knowledge of chemistry, chemical engineering, safety, operations, employee development, employee retention, supply chain, production, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is absolutely required for this role. A Master's or MBA is a huge plus.
• 5+ years of prior management experience leading direct and indirect reports
• Ability to mentor, develop and lead all types of professionals at all levels
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Ability to embody culture, community, diversity, etc.

Compensation:

A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including a base salary, 20% bonus, as well as medical, dental, vision, a GREAT 401K, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, floating holidays, etc.

Working Situation:
This is an onsite position that is an active role at the plant as well as the community.

Relocation:
