What You'll Do In The Role
- Design and develop processes flow diagrams and P&IDs for electrochemical processes.
- Evaluate existing designs and present recommendations for innovations.
- Perform calculations for scrubbing and stripping system.
- Perform energy and mass balances.
- Perform neutralization reaction calculations.
- Perform concentration calculations as required.
- Perform instruments calibrations (pH, Conductivity, ORP, etc.).
- Develop process logic control and assist control engineer in program coding developing.
- Research new instrumentation technologies for process control.
- Draft and implement related safety procedures to ensure the well-being of employees who work with the different processes.
- Participate in HAZOP activities
- Develop Operation and Maintenance Manuals (O&M Manuals)
- Develop Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) protocols.
- Develop FAT reports
- Develop Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) protocols.
- Develop SAT reports
- Prepare Commissioning and Start Up Protocols.
- Prepare commissioning and start up reports.
- Willing to travel (50%)
Qualifications You Should Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or other relevant field
- 0-2 years of work experience
