Willapa Behavioral Health and Wellness is in search of a compassionate CDP or CDPT to work primarily with youth, full time with time split between the offices in Raymond and Montesano, 4 – 10 hour shifts
Willapa Behavioral Health & Wellness is an outpatient treatment provider, nationally accredited with high quality care by an experienced team of professionals since 1986. Services include substance and mental health programs for adults, children & families, case management, problem gambling treatments, peer services, domestic violence perpetrator treatment, co-occurring disorders, medically assisted treatment, psychiatric prescribing, trauma sensitive primary care, and 24/7 mobile crisis services.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
Education/Certification Required:
- An Associates Degree (or equivalent credit hours) as a state certified Substance Use Disorder Professional is highly preferred, however, Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainees nearing the end of their hours, and ready to take their licensing exam will be considered.
Experience Required:
- Experience working in inpatient or outpatient treatment facilities is preferred.
- Demonstrate good boundaries, the ability to work independently, manage fluctuating workloads, write treatment plans and case notes with industry appropriate language, conduct groups with a maximum of 12 individuals at one time, and the ability to work well with chemically dependent individuals.
- Demonstrated computer competency in electronic medical record and time management skills.
- Able to maintain good rapport with co-workers.
- Demonstrate competency in working with a diverse population.
- Demonstrated background of upholding professional conduct and retaining confidentiality of clients’ information.
- Driver’s License that meets minimum requirements by WBH insurance company.
- Meet the current Washington health care vaccination requirements for health care workers.
