\nHours and Compensation Potential:
\n-Full-time day shift position, occasional evening group coverage.
\n-Compensation ranges from $46K to $63K depending on experience.
\n-Full benefits package offered.
\nWhat We're Looking For:
\n-Must be licensed by the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board.
\n-LSW or LPC required.
\n-Current licensure by the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board as a CDCA, LCDC II, III, or LICDC. Higher than CDCA .
\nWhat You'll Be Doing:
\n-Provide therapeutic counseling to individuals struggling with Chemical Dependency using a bio-psychosocial approach.
\n-Educate patients and families about the disease process of Chemical Dependency.
\n-Lead group discussions, work one-on-one with patients, and assign group activities for Mental Health Technicians.
\n-Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate groups.
\n-Complete billing charges/sheets daily.
\n-Utilize historic and current data to assess patient needs and provide effective counseling.
\n-Provide individual and group crisis intervention, as well as family clinical interventions.
\n-Act as a client advocate, mediator, and facilitator.
