Job Title:Chemical Delivery Specialist
Department: Operations
Location: Minot ND
Remote Status: Onsite, must live locally after hire. We do not offer rotational schedules, company housing, or relocation assistance.
Schedule: 5 days on/2 days off. Mon-Fri, with the occasional weekend due to weather delays, etc. Daytime hours.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly. "Home every night". Overtime is available and expected.
Quarterly BONUSES
Earn up to $100,000 per year

Certifications/Licenses: Class B CDL with tanker, hazmat, and airbrake endorsements required. Class A CDL preferred.
Job Summary Provides chemical treatments to oilfield well sites according to customer specifications and company processes. Clean driving record required. Must be able to work at a fast pace while keeping safety as a top priority.
Essential Duties – other duties as assigned
  • Properly load and unload trucks
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company vehicle and equipment
  • Deliver chemicals and treat wells in a timely manner, as scheduled
  • Treat wells to prevent corrosion, scale build up, etc.
  • Accurately complete bills of lading (BOL’s) and other reports according to company policy
  • Maintain accurate inventory reports according to company policy
  • Timely completion of reports and documentation
  • Maintain driver’s logs according to DOT regulations
  • Follow all SOP’s (standard operating procedures)
  • Work well both independently and as a team
  • Provide excellent customer service

Other Qualifications
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years in oil and gas industry is preferred.
Physical Requirements: Lift and carry up to 100 pounds. Tip and move 55-gallon drums, weighing up to 600 pounds with the use of equipment. Must be able to reach, push, pull, and grasp with arms and hands. Will require daily climbing, standing, crouching. kneeling, sitting, walking, driving, and transitioning in/out of vehicles. Must be able to talk, hear and feel attributes of objects or temperatures by touching with the skin. Required to have the visual acuity to safely and legally operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
Work Environment: Indoors and outdoors with exposure to environmental conditions such as extreme winter weather, precipitation, and wind. Includes potential exposure to harmful chemicals, dust, odors, fumes, oil, and gases. Employee will be subject to road conditions found throughout the Williston Basin. Noise level is typically moderate, occasionally loud.
Language Skills: Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, safety data sheets (SDSs), operating instructions, and procedure manual. English language fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
Computer Skills: Efficiently navigate a web browser, mobile applications, electronic timesheets, MS Office, and programs such as OneNote for recording daily deliveries. Must possess a smartphone with internet access.
Work Ethic: Be trustworthy, dependable, respectful, and truthful with a commitment to safety and excellent customer service. Follow policies and procedures and take responsibility for your actions.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
