Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create innovative and mouthwatering menus that delight our guests
- Assist in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure a well-stocked kitchen
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a fast-paced culinary environment
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional dishes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
