Chef/Kitchen Manager

As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision. - Manage all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Develop and implement menus that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints related to the kitchen

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience in kitchen management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of menu planning, food handling, and culinary techniques
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service establishments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $62,500.00 - $72,000.00 per year
