Responsibilities:
- Station Management:
Oversee and manage a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes meet the exacting standards of the Michelin Star rating.
Execute food preparation, cooking, and plating with precision and creativity.
- Menu Contribution:
Collaborate with the Head Chef and culinary team to develop and refine menu items within your section.
Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion control.
- Quality Control:
Uphold the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Conduct regular checks on ingredients and equipment to maintain optimal conditions.
- Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and coordinated operation.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in your section.
- Adherence to Standards:
Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area.
- Innovation and Creativity:
Bring creativity and innovation to your section, contributing to the development of new dishes and techniques.
Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques.
- Communication:
Effectively communicate with other chefs, kitchen staff, and service team to ensure seamless collaboration.
Assist in coordinating service times and menu changes.
Qualifications:
At least 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a Michelin Star or fine dining establishment.
Culinary degree or equivalent culinary training.
Exceptional culinary skills with a focus on precision and creativity.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Ability to work in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
Knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients.
Availability:
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule.
