Chef De Partie

Seeking experienced Chef De Partie to grow and expand our culinary team.
You will work directly with our Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine on day to day operations for service.
Including but not limitied to:
Preparing line for service
Assisting other line cooks in needed task for service
Executing daily line functions on station
Preparing and executing daily specials.
Assist and lead culinary team in daily cleaning and organzation of the kitchen
