Bolo is now looking to add a CDC to our growing team!
5 years minimum in the field
2 years experience (In the position or similar)
ServSafe Certified (preferred)
Reputable Culinary Arts Degree or Education (preferred)
Requirements:
Must be able to communicate in spoken and written English - Spanish is a major plus!
Must have reliable transportation and ability to be reached by Bolo management by phone or email
Physically able to successfully perform the responsibilities listed below
Shows exemplory leadership and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities:
Manage the day to day operations of the store
Perform Purchasing and Inventory upkeeping duties
Set up and continually stock stations with necessary supplies
Prepare food for service
Cook menu items under the direction of Executive Chef and in cooperation with the rest of the staff
Maintain a clean station and kitchen
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Exhibit a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
