```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including food preparation, menu planning, and ensuring high-quality food service. ```Responsibilities```
- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals according to recipes and customer preferences
- Plan menus and create new dishes based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback
- Ensure that all food preparation meets health and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Train and supervise kitchen personnel in food preparation techniques and proper use of equipment
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required

Pay: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour
