Job Description
Lilou is a French brasserie by the owners and operators of Sapphire, Brother Wolf and Osteria Stella. French Chef Benjamin Tilatti helms the kitchen, with Maître Fromagère Jess Benoit running the Cheese Program. We are hiring for up-and-coming cheese professionals who want to learn about cheese in a guest-facing education program. This job includes maintaining cheese portion and health standards, cutting and plating cheeses, and speaking to guests about cheese options with an eye towards giving an authentic French experience.
Some service experience is preferred, but ultimately having a great attitude and an affinity to learn means more than experience.
