Required Certifications & Qualifications
Current State of Connecticut Coach Certificate
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a Cheerleading coach
Ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
Strong knowledge of student development at the high school level
A positive attitude and initiative to work collaboratively with the HS Athletic Director
A professional vision on how to promote, recruit, inform, and create pathways that connect MS and HS athletics in collaboration with the HS Athletics Director
Essential Skills, Knowledge Performance Abilities
Knowledge about sports
Strong knowledge of student development
Additional Duties
Perform all other duties that may be assigned by the Director of Athletics & Activities
