Title:Charge Nurse – Registered Nurse.
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Hospital
Location: Harlowton, MT.
Schedule: Full-Time Day or Nights shifts available.
Pay: $37 - $47/hr (based on years of experience), with full benefits, $30k SOB, relocation assistance.
The Charge Nurse – Registered Nurse duties to include but not be limited to:
-Provides the best possible nursing care by planning, organizing, and directing the nursing functions of the patients and residents within the facility.
-Supervises and evaluates the performance of Ward Clerk and Nursing Assistants with recommendations for appropriate action.
-Creates a working environment that provides growth and job satisfaction to personnel.
-Participates in and accepts responsibility for the development, implementation, and/or evaluation of Quality Improvement activities for the nursing unit as directed by the DON.
-Evaluates and documents effectiveness of and patient’s response to nursing care, medications, treatments and/or procedures, as appropriate.
-Administers medications and intravenous solutions skillfully, correctly, as ordered, and per professional nursing standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Montana.
-BLS (AHA) certified within two months of hire.
-ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
-TNCC certified within six months of hire.
