Channel Sales Operations Analyst
Position Summary:
The Channel Sales Operations Analyst, professional level 2, of the Channel Sales subfamily of the Sales job family, is responsible for driving bookings growth for the organization, and the maintenance of the infrastructure necessary to achieve this goal. The Channel Sales subfamily is responsible for driving bookings growth with the reseller, referral, and ISV partners through channel relationship management. The Channel Sales Operations Analyst will focus on providing operational support for ML Sales partnerships through increasing efficiency and process improvement. The professional level 2 role will maintain channel relationships through partnership satisfaction measurements. The role will focus on effective partnerships between ML Sales partnerships and internal members.
Expected Duties:
The Channel Sales Operations Analyst will work with ML teams to create on-demand reporting that gives an efficient view of referrals, pipeline, revenue, bookings forecast by product, deal progression, and trends
Expected to identify sources of problems and opportunities for improvement and take initiatives to document, make recommendations, work with stakeholders to implement, and own aspects of change management and measurements of results
Responsible for leading and managing internal projects, ensuring alignment with partner needs and organizational goals, focusing on program development, change management, and process improvement
The Channel Sales Operations Analyst will assist MeridianLink and sales partners to support organizations in resolution of escalations, communication of results / next steps, and process improvement
The role will develop documentation and communication protocols for ML Sales relationships
Expected to work with Channel Marketing and Sales/Channel Enablement resources as the liaison for ML Sales partnerships and partner with ML sales teams to assist in process improvement in Sales partnership escalations
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A level 2 professional position will perform simple to moderately difficult/moderately impactful aspects of the role independently, and the position will support seasoned peers and management on difficult to complex aspects of the role. The individual will develop professional expertise in the subject area and will apply MeridianLink policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. The role will work on problems of moderate scope that are varied in a routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. The individual will receive little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments.
Ability to determine a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required
Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions
Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent work experience

Knowledge of Salesforce or similar business systems

Salary range of $104,000-$146,800. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
