About the Position::

The Fresh Market is actively seeking a Change Management Specialist for its Store Support Center (099). In this pivotal role, you will spearhead, design, and strategize Change Management initiatives that drive desired organizational transformations. Your mission: maximize positive outcomes while minimizing disruptions to business processes. As a key player, you'll report directly to the Corporate Transformation Office (CTO) Director.

What You'll Do::
  • Follows Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies to conduct assessments of the current state, analyze stakeholders, identify risks, and establish the goals and milestones of changes.
  • Develop and implement effective Change Management strategies.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, and develop buy-in for the change initiatives.
  • Prepare, support, and equip individuals to embrace and utilize changes across various dimensions: business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
  • Anticipate and address any resistance from employees and stakeholders impacted by company initiatives.
  • Enables the change implementation phase by creating and delivering communications, training, and transition plans for managers and employees and deploying required resources or interim support.
  • Apply a well-defined Change Management methodology, processes, and tools to create a robust strategy for change adoption.
  • Develop and deliver communication and training programs to help stakeholders understand change and develop the skills and knowledge needed to implement change successfully.
  • Establishes a post-implementation monitoring process to measure the results of changes and make necessary course corrections.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage employees and stakeholders to embrace change as a way to drive growth and innovation.

Qualifications::
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, psychology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience developing and implementing Change Management strategies and plans, and the ability to customize these plans to meet the unique needs of different stakeholders and initiatives.
  • Experience conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying critical stakeholders.
  • Able to give examples of driving faster adoption, enhancing utilization, and ensuring proficiency with changes that impact daily work.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others to embrace change.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
  • Strong team-building skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams that are focused on delivering results.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of organizational behavior and the psychology of change, and the ability to apply this knowledge to drive successful change initiatives.
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for change that support the organization’s vision and mission.
  • CCMP or other Change Management certification.
