- Post month end journal entries to the general ledger and prepare monthly reconciliations to meet month-end close deadlines
- Review Concur data and post journal entries for corporate card expenses and prepare the month end reconciliation
- Responsible for researching and addressing sales tax communication using sales tax software Avalara
- Prepare and analyze month end expense summaries by department for monthly meetings with each department
- Prepare monthly reporting information for departments
- Assist with year-end audit workpapers preparation and selection support
- Prepare year end audit disclosure checklist roll-forward
- Roll forward year-end and monthly financial statements and assist with month end reporting as needed
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis, tasks, workpapers, and reconciliations during month end and other projects as needed

- Organized, can successfully handle, plan, and schedule tasks
- Able to solve problems and use strong analytical skills
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2-4 years minimum experience in a similar role
- Excellent with Excel and large volume of data
- NetSuite experience not required, but highly preferred
