Falcon’s is currently hiring CG Generalists to collaborate with various departments, including concept artists, animators, asset artists, and developers, to bring immersive and captivating experiences to life.


Essential Functions:

  • 3D Modeling and Texturing:
    1. Create detailed 3D models of characters, props, and environments that align with the project's artistic vision.
    2. Develop high-quality textures and materials/shaders to enhance the visual appeal and realism of assets.
  • Animation:
    1. Produce fluid and dynamic animations for characters and objects, ensuring seamless integration into the overall experience.
    2. Collaborate with animators to bring life to characters and enhance storytelling elements.
  • Lighting and Rendering:
    1. Implement effective lighting solutions to achieve the desired mood and atmosphere within the themed environment.
    2. Optimize rendering settings for optimal performance without compromising visual quality.
  • Shader Development:
    1. Create and modify shaders to achieve specific visual effects and maintain consistency across the project.
    2. Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative shading techniques when applicable
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    1. Work closely with artists, designers, and developers to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall creative vision.
    2. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of assets.
  • Problem Solving:
    1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CG elements, ensuring a seamless integration into the themed entertainment experience.
    2. Proactively identify and address potential challenges during the development process.


Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • School and/or proven experience as a CG Generalist in the themed entertainment industry or related field.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling using Maya, texturing software (e.g., Substance Painter), and real-time game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).
  • Strong understanding of composition and layout techniques.
  • Knowledge of shader development and lighting principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and tight deadlines.
  • Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.
  • Will not require Falcon’s Beyond Global, LLC to commence (“sponsor”) an immigration case in order to be employed (now or in the future).


Additional Considerations based on Experience:

  • Experience with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) projects.
  • Familiarity with real-time rendering technologies.
  • Passion for themed entertainment and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
