Cfl Sales Associate

Overview

Support the Commercial Fleet Leasing sales team by performing a variety of activities to grow the portfolio.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

Acts as the first-line reviewer of conference and trade-show requests, review past results and comments to provide summaries and analysis to MD Head of Leasing National Sales for approval process.

Work with the MD Head of Leasing National Sales and Sales Managers to schedule, prepare for, and document monthly manager meetings. Will entail review of team production, credit submissions and approvals, order pipeline, existing franchise performance and new franchise, broker and vertical proposals.  Provide follow-up on items and information as needed.

Become SalesForce SME to assist MD Head of Leasing National Sales in establishing and improving reports and dashboards. Track SBL/CFL referrals to confirm deal closings and related commissions.

Attend all Marketing and conference-tracking calls to ensure follow-up and that outstanding items and materials are provided promptly. Coordinate efforts with SBL counterpart on joint conferences, trade-shows and other events.

Work with Sales Team to track annual Marketing Plans. Assist team with needed marketing materials including 1-pagers, conference ads, Power Point presentations, and other campaigns.

Monitor credit underwriting platform and pipeline to identify stale applications and delayed approvals and escalate issues as needed.

Assist MD Head of Leasing National Sales to prepare for monthly sales call; compile sales data and support reporting requirements for the sales department.

Assist MD Head of Leasing National Sales and Sales Managers with scheduling field visits with Account Executives as well as other in-person meeting planning.

Assist MD Head of Leasing National Sales with scheduling and preparing for conference presentations and trade-shows.

Works with others as needed to manage win-win solutions for the clients and employees on process as well as credit and provide suggestions and recommendation on sales ideas, sales activities, and related tasks, and coordinate execution of approved concepts.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• One year sales support experience.
• Fleet vehicle sales/leasing experience a plus.

Preferred Requirements

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Team player able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• SalesForce proficiency a significant plus.
• Position is required to travel occasionally.
