Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
Revitalize Medical Clinic is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner in a Family Medicine/Functional Medicine setting for our Warner Robins, Georgia clinic.
Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:
- Maintains confidentiality of all patient records.
- Checks in with clients regarding test results and prognoses.
- Follows all federal, state, and nursing guidelines, regulations, and standards.
- Performs diagnosis based on their assessment of the patient.
- Creates short or long-term treatment plans and prescribes medication based on test findings.
- Offers counselling to patients such as nutritional advice, information about weight management, etc.
- Performs routine medical procedures.
- Orders and interprets diagnostic tests, including x-rays, blood work, and scans.
- Refers patients to specialists if necessary and analyzes medical records and reports.
- Updates patient charts and uploads to Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.
- Knows how to utilize medical database software, medical research software, medical diagnosis software, medical billing software, e-prescribing software, and scheduling software.
- Attending weekly conference calls.
Nurse Practitioner Requirements:
- Able to provide excellent patient care while seeing 30-35 patients per day.
- Possess a DEA License or the ability to obtain a DEA License.
- Valid CRNP in the state of Georgia
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Ability to work well autonomously as well as with a team.
- Experience in the field of Endocrinology and Hormone Replacement preferred but not required.
