We are looking for a full-time, evening shift Certified Pharmacy Tech to join our Pharmacy Team in Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities
- Fill medication surgical kits, medication carts, or medication requisitions and specialty items/bins accurately
- Identify and fills replacement medications on emergency crash carts, or carts and floor stock accurately
- Load medications from restock lists into the automated distribution system correctly
- Deliver medications and supplies to patient care and ancillary area accurately
- Generate medication fill lists
- Procure and distribute medication orders per physician or pharmacist request or prearranged work assignment according to established policies
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate the ability to assess and interpret data about the patient's status
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent; 1-2 years college; Oklahoma State permit required.
- Must have minor typing and calculator skills as well as some computer skills.
- Medium physical skills needed to lift and transport unit dose cassettes.
- Must be responsible to verbal instruction from supervisors and have good organizational skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Must be able to tolerate interruptions and interact professionally with all areas of the hospital in a courteous
- manner.
- Accuracy and speed are essential.
- Accuracy of documentation is required for various pharmacy PI activities.
- Must meet state requirements for training and continuing education.
- Oklahoma State permit required.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- National certification as Registered Pharmacy Technician
- National certification as Registered Pharmacy Technician
- Previous experience with IV admixtures
