West Seattle Health Club – Full Time Personal Trainers Position Available
The West Seattle Health Club is a locally owned and operated full-service health club with over 5000 members. The club features a 7-lane pool, spa, rock wall, kids club, indoor cycling, 2 group ex studios, a Women’s only training area, and a Premier Fitness Class studio. The club is fully equipped with 56,000 ft of state-of-the-art fitness equipment.

Personal Trainers here at the West Seattle Health Club enjoy working without the pressure of having to meet training sales quotas, nor do trainers have to push membership sales or supplement sales. Trainers receive the best compensation available in the industry.
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and most importantly experienced fitness professionals that want to train as a career. If you are looking to train as a supplement to your current income or as a second job than this position IS NOT FOR YOU. We are looking for fulltime trainers that are experts at their craft. We currently have 6 trainers on staff that serve over 4000 members which presents a huge growth opportunity for trainers coming on board with our team. All new members receive two free strategy sessions with our Personal Trainers which present our trainers with an opportunity to obtain new clients in a relatively short period of time.
Position - Personal Trainer
Duties: Training clients is your main responsibility. Provide fitness assessments/strategy sessions and develop safe and effective training programs for members. Greet clients, check-in and check-out clients using our online system. Take charge of your own destiny by being dependable, available and responsive to your clients’ needs and schedules.
Beginning trainers are required to make themselves available 15 hours a week for strategy sessions and floor hours. During floor hours trainers will tidy up the training areas, mingle with members by providing free advice on training methods, and injury prevention. Trainers will also follow-up with clients that have completed training sessions as well as call future clients with reminders of upcoming training sessions.
Desired professional qualities and experience:

Compensation:
DOE - 60% commission on all training packages. Paid as sessions are redeemed
