Form of workBrighton Rehabilitation has a PRN COTA position open at Southern Utah Veterans Home in Ivins, Utah.
As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant with Brighton Rehabilitation you will implement high quality Occupational Therapy services for geriatrics in the long term care, nursing home setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Treating patients according to the plan of care under the direction of a Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Documenting progress toward identified objectives
- Screening new patients
- Attending facility meetings as needed

The Southern Utah Veterans Home is a new state-of-the-art facility conveniently located under the Big Red Majestic Mountain of Ivins City. This facility was built to provide the very best accommodations for Veterans in need of long term care. Spouses of Veterans and Gold Star parents are also eligible.
The Southern Utah Veterans Home offers 9 separate communities that offer a unique home-like environment. Each of the 9 communities offers a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and 12 spacious, fully furnished private rooms with private bathrooms and showers.
