Form of workBrighton Rehabilitation has a full time COTA position available at Avalon Care Center - Honolulu in Honolulu, HI.
As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant with Brighton Rehabilitation you will implement high quality Occupational Therapy services for geriatrics in the skilled/long term care, nursing home setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Treating patients according to the plan of care under the direction of a Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Documenting progress toward identified objectives
- Patient screenings
- Attending facility meetings as needed
