The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need of assistance with activities of daily living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate and attentive care to individuals with varying degrees of medical and physical needs.
- Collaborate with the nursing and healthcare team to ensure the overall well-being of patients.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' physical and emotional conditions to the nursing staff.
- Assist with the maintenance of a clean and safe patient environment.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and dignity while providing care.
Qualifications:
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Washington.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a CNA in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
Compensation:
