Shift Requirements: Three 12 hour shifts, 530pm - 530am
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend (or every third), could work up to every Holiday as needed
Float Requirements: Floating to the rural hospitals as needed is required (0700 1930 and 1900 0730 at rural facilities). Traveling up to 1 hour to the 7 different ThedaCare hospital locations (within a 100 mile radius).
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Required certifications: WI CNA, AHA BLS
Minimum Experience Required: 1 year Med/Surg experience preferred
Charting Experience: EPIC preferred
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
Scrub Colors: Solid colors (lenient but must be professional)
