We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA will be responsible for providing basic patient care under the supervision of the registered nurses in a fast-paced Hospital environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work well in a team setting.

- Per Diem Shift & Schedule: 12 hours/shift, day or night shifts are available
- Location: Seattle,Everett, WA
- Monitor and document changes in patient activity and symptoms.
- Assist with mobility and conduct range of motion exercises.
- Provide basic wound care and execute dressing changes as directed by the Registered Nurse.
- Facilitate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, including moving patients to and from bed to the gurney or wheelchair.
- Transfer patients and transport essential items (belongings, valuables, blood products, supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and specimens) to and from various locations within the hospital.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations related to patient care in the Medical Surgical unit.
- Perform any other duties as assigned within the Medical Surgical context.
- Current Washington state CNA license.
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire.
- Two (2) positive work references.
- Successfully complete and pass a background check and drug test.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
- Minimum of 18 months of Hospital or Acute care experience.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced Hospital environment.
