```Duties```
As a Nursing Assistant/Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting the nursing staff in various medical procedures.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing meals, light housekeeping, bathing, dressing, and grooming, laundry, shopping,
errands and transportation.
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any abnormalities to the nursing staff
- Assisting with patient mobility and transfers
- Assisting with patient assessment and documentation
- Assisting with wound care and dressing changes
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Ventilate: Ability to operate and monitor ventilator equipment for patients requiring respiratory support.
- Medical office: Maintain accurate records including daily logs, individual files, and accident and incident reports.
- DME: Knowledge of durable medical equipment and ability to assist patients with its use. Attend to individuals’ personal care needs. (This may include lifting and assisting individuals in and out of wheelchairs, use of Hoyer lift and maintaining good hygiene.)
- Patient assessment: Ability to assess patients' physical and mental health status, identify changes or concerns, and report them to the nursing staff.
- Physiology knowledge: Understanding of human anatomy and physiology to provide appropriate care based on individual patient needs.
Applicant Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Legally able to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass criminal background checks.
- High school diploma or equivalent

- 12 hour shifts
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Every other weekend
