Shift Timings: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, and 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Note: There will be a completion bonus of 2000$.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment.
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant training program or equivalent experience.
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of {state}.
- Experience in senior care, pediatrics, dementia care, or behavioral health preferred.
- Knowledge of tube feeding, medication administration, airway management, and suturing is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients.
