Form of workGrand Junction Endoscopy Center, a Covenant Physician Partner, is currently hiring a full time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our busy ASC.
About the Opportunity
Working closely with the Center Manager and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, this individual will perform various direct patient care activities. Assists patients in dressing or undressing, collects non-invasive body fluid specimens or gathers vital signs but does not start or administer intravenous fluids. Prepares and resets beds for recovery, participates in pre-procedure and post-procedure patient calls and perform other duties as requested or assigned.
The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr to $22.00/hr.
About the Candidate
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Colorado preferred
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications, or willingness to complete within 30 days of offer acceptance
- The ideal candidate will have one (1) or more years of experience as a CNA, preferably in an Ambulatory Surgery Center or other critical care setting (Emergency Room, Surgical Services, ICU, etc.)
- Endoscopy / scope processing experience preferred
