Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
- Administer prescribed medications to patients
- Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
- Assist in the transport of patients
- Provide companionship and basic care to patients
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
Qualifications:
- Current Resume - must be updated (gaps included if there's any)
- Must hold an active WY CNA License
- Current CPR/BLS
- Skills checklist
- 2 current/recent -Supervisor references
- Physical (within the last 12 months)
- PPD (within the last 12 months)
- MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Tdap/Flu (or decline)
- CNA Exams
- Copy or driver’s license and SS card
- Must be able to pass background/ urine drug screen
- More documents to follow (will be sent once candidate is accepted)
