Must be able to meet the following criteria in order to pick up shifts:
- Successfully, pass a drug test within the first 3 days of hire--no exceptions will be made. You will not proceed until the drug test is complete
- Must complete online modules
- Provide tb test and covid card

Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you may be tasked with helping patients with personal hygiene, safety assistance, meal prep, range of motion, and other responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have an interest in health care and keep the patient's needs as your top priority. As a Solantra employee, you will be responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner, by relevant Agency policies and industry standards.
What You’ll Do:
The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide basic nursing care to patients and residents within the scope of the Nursing Assistant's responsibilities and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.
- Assist residents with care, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, hygiene, and placement of adaptive equipment.
- Obtain patient vitals.
- Ensure call lights are within reach of residents and answer call lights promptly.
- Report all changes in resident conditions to the supervisor as soon as possible.
- Assures that residents are positioned appropriately for meals, serves meal trays, and assists with feeding as needed per individual care plan.
- Completes all required documentation before the end of the shift.
