Certified Nurse Midwife, Obstetrics & Gynecology, CNM, Full-Time, 1.0 FTE Location: Renton, WA
Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 FTE)Certified Nurse Midwife to join our established, collaborative, and collegial team of providers. Our approach to patient-centered care is team-based.
All births are attended at Valley Medical Center, with in-house OB/GYN consultation and a level III NICU.
About the position:
  • Provides patient-centered comprehensive prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care in our offices primarily in Renton
  • Clinic Hours 8a-5p
  • FTE is two clinic days and one 24-hour on call.
  • Average # of patients in clinic/day: 12-14
  • Support staff - RN Triage/Advice, LCSW, dedicated Surgery Schedulers
  • Practitioners - 12 physicians (2 are in-clinic only), 3 Laborists, 2 PA's, 4 ARNP's, 6 CNM's

Qualifications:
  • AMCB Certification, WA State RN/ARNP license with prescriptive authority, active or eligible DEA
  • BLS certification
  • 1 Year of experience required
    • 2 years of experience strongly preferred

Compensation: $128,000 - $145,000
