Pay: $205,000 - $240,000 Annual Salary DOE

Schedule: 7am-3pm

Job Description:

As a CRNA, you will play a crucial role in the administration of anesthesia during surgical and medical procedures. You will work collaboratively with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, obstetrical, or other medical procedures.
2. Assess patient health and history to develop individualized anesthesia plans.
3. Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed during procedures.
4. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
6. Provide post-anesthesia care and monitor patients in the recovery room.
7. Participate in on-call schedules as required.

Qualifications:

1. Current and valid CRNA certification.
2. State licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
3. Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
4. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
7. Commitment to continuous professional development.
