SalaryA clinical laboratory is looking for a Licensed/Certified Florida State Medical Technologistto work the Morning Shift.
AM hours may be either:
- 7:00am–3:00pm + alternating weekends
- 8:00am-4:00pm + alternating weekends
Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease
- Collect and process blood samples for analysis
- Conduct PCR testing and other molecular diagnostic techniques
- Perform phlebotomy procedures as needed
- Analyze and interpret laboratory test results
- Maintain accurate records of all tests performed
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and quality control standards
Qualifications
- State of Florida Medical Technologist (MT) and/or (ASCP)
- Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related field
- Proficiency in medical terminology and data analysis skills
- Familiarity with CT scanning technology is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
