Intake/Scheduling-Logistics/Medical Assistant

This position is for a Certified Medical Assistant that can do it all. We are looking for a motivated CMA that has a passion to wear multiple hats. Most days are spent in the office helping in our intake and scheduling departments. There are times when our nurses need assistance during a patient visit and on any given day we need a Certified Medical Assistant to be able to assist with these visits. This is a hybrid position that would allow a Certified Medical Assistant the ability to learn our EMR system and be able to sit in for others while out of the office. We are looking for a tech savy, quick learner that is willing to provide help where help is needed in our office or out to a patient's residence assisting one of our nurses. Our CMAs will run IVRs, make phone calls to patients, process new referrals, assist with scheduling, answer the main phone lines, chart review, help with ordering supplies and also drive a company car to help a nurse with a patient. Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Certified Medical Assistant in a hospital or clinical setting is required.
- Familiarity with medical coding systems and procedures.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
