Certified Medical Assistant Lead - Ccma - Family Medicine

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, to perform clinicalprocedures to prepare patient and/or research participants for treatment or research protocol. To assistphysicians or other healthcare team member with patient care procedures and/or completion oftreatment/protocol. To help organize, maintain and file patient charts.

To maintain flow of clinic and followup on patient issues/needs before and after clinic. To complete daily clinic room assignment and lunchschedule for Certified Medical Assistants. To monitor time and attendance and verify time worked inKronos for Certified Medical Assistants.

To participate in quality improvement initiatives. To serve as theintermediary for Certified Medical Assistant issues.
