Certified Medical Assistant (Cma)

`Duties included
- Assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care
- Perform basic medical procedures and tests under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Administer injections and vaccines as directed by the healthcare provider
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provide basic patient education and instructions

- Certification as a Medical Assistant

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction
- Proficiency in medical administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Pine Grove Pediatrics is a compassionate, family centered pediatric practice in Manassas, Virginia. We are a small practice with just two doctors who both like to practice in a setting where we can get to know our patients and their families. We love to watch children and their families grow. Our goal is to help children reach their highest potential by working with parents to promote and maintain their child’s physical and emotional well being from birth up to the college years.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 28 per week
