Duties:
- Provide patient service and support in a remote medical setting
- Assist healthcare professionals with medical assessment protocols and enrollments
- Perform medical administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, care management.
- Assist in medication adherence for the patients
- Assist guiding the patients towards self advocacy
- Perform in a office setting, handling remote calls and patient questions.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant
- Proficiency in medical terminology and administrative support
- Experience in medication administration
- Knowledge of coding and documentation practices
- Bilingual English/Spanish, or English/Creole (A must)
- Strong understanding of anatomy and its application to patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of EMR systems and protocols.

Pay: $18.96 - $22.84 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
