Certified Medical Assistant Cardiology Group
Busy Cardiology practice seeks experienced certified back office Medical Assistant for full time position. Minimum of 2 year of Medical Assistant experience in "back office" direct patient care. Must have your Medical Assistant certification. We are looking for a task oriented, motivated and energetic individual who has reliable transportation to travel between office locations.

Duties:

Responsible to administrative duties in addition to patient care, pernorm varied activities and moderately complex administrative/opertional/customer support assingments.

Perform clinical duties such as gathering and inputting information into EMR system, taking vitals, performing EKG's, holter monitor hookup and removal, prescription requests, INR management, patient phone calls, triaging hospital phone calls, primary contact with pharmaceutical representatives, cardiac clearances and maintaining examination rooms clean and stocked. Collaborate closely with Physician and Nurses.

Applicants must have good communication skills and be a reliable, team player with an outgoing personality and passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. Professional, helpful and friendly attitude is a must. Experience with Athena EMR system, CPR/BLS is preferred. Applicable State licensure in field of study (RMA/CMA) required. Bilingual a plus!

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
